 | | My dearly departed husband, John, was a talented architect & designer. This card will go to his cousin, Jane, thanking her for recently sending me a framed original drawing that he drew of a church, for her mother, his Aunt Loretta, many years ago. This stamp was dried out and it took several pressings to get it readable. Quite appropriate as Loretta lived to be 100 and it captures the sketchiness of his drawing. I hope Jane knows the name of the church. I am guessing it is in Connecticut, perhaps where Loretta went to church or was married. |
