 | | This is my card for the Color Challenge hosted Roberta. Her terrific colors are Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Pool Party. The dessert option is to add a fourth color.
My DH and I were supposed to be in Texas last week visiting our DD & SIL to meet our new grandson. Instead, I was laid up with a painful injury. It was so disappointing to cancel our trip. I couldn't walk. All I could do is rest & look for card ideas online.
Fortunately, after a week of resting and home care, I can walk a little now, even though it still hurts a little. I was glad to be able to walk into my stamp room!
For the two browns, I went with the idea of chocolate chip cookies. The Crumb Cake cookie has Early Espresso chips, which of course, are dark chocolate. My favorite. For the challenge dessert, I went with a red color for the striped straw in the milk carton. I added a few enamel dots as well.
