Barbara gave us some lovely colors with a dessert option of summer. I pulled out an older retired SU stamp set that I've only used a couple of times. It needed some love. So I tweeked the spotlight technique a bit by using a smaller stamp in the set and highlighting it against the larger garden shed. I stamped my garden shed in Night of Navy, bringing in an allowable neutral, matting on Night of Navy before attaching to my WW card base. I then stamped the smaller image in Momento Black and colored with the blends before cutting and matting on Night of Navy. I popped that up in the lower right corner. Last I added some Night of Navy candy dots, yes I still have lots of those left, cause I stocked up when they were retired. Summer means to many different things to all of us, so anxious to see what you all bring to the gallery this week. TFL!!

This is such a beautiful card, Mary, and I especially like the unique way you used the spotlight technique. Coloring in the circle and placing it against the b/w building is such an effective design! So pretty!
