I had this stamp set and a rough sketch on my desk for later. I pulled out Barbara's challenge colors. Then I thought, why not use this idea now! The colors are perfect.
My card is an easy SIP card - Stamps, Ink and Paper. Sometime easy is so fun. I added stickles to the candles because I love sparkle.
