My card for Suzanne's (pixordia) Falliday Fest challenge, Floating Re-inkers. The link to the tutorial for this technique can be found in her challenge post.
The background for this card was created when I did the challenge for Color Burst Powders and stencils. There was a bit of CBP left on my glass mat, and I spritzed it with water and smooshed the watercolor paper into it, several times, to create a background for a future project, like now. :-) I stamped the flowers, greeting, and some other elements from the Butterfly Wishes set on it.
I followed the tutorial to create the butterfly. It was stamped in Versamark on watercolor paper (several times!) and heat-embossed with the Clear EP, then spritzed with water, and colored with the re-inkers. I fussy-cut it out when it was dry, and popped it up on the background with foam squares. TFL!

Love the brilliant colours of this card! The honey comb stamping adds a lot of interest to the background. I love that the butterfly reminds me of batiking -beautiful!
