Thank you for hosting, Ardyth. Our Featured Stamper is mistyje32 and she has a terrific gallery. This card inspired me:

You're a Star! by mistyje32 at Splitcoaststampers

I used a different but similar background die, her theme was stars and mine is a dog, and I used different colors.

This card is for 6 year old Holden. I stamped the dotted background on the card front. I used several stamps to create the dog themed patterned paper. The dog is clip art which I mounted on a dry embossed mat.

What a cute card, Rita! I love the great patterned paper you created and then cut with the patchwork and pieces die! The dog is adorable and I like the texture of the oval BG, too!

l really like the big paw prints you stamped all over this cute card for Holden. You found such a sweet dog image. That background die adds so much interest. I should have bought it when I had the chance!
