 | | I never get tired of these Pierced Blooms dies, what a great purchase they were. This is an exact CASE of a card photo I had downloaded to my phone, I wish I could credit the original and link here but I don't have it.
I loved the contrast between the bright colors of the flowers and the black and white backgroun and made several cards using the same design.
I layered a piece of black and white patterned paper onto a slightly larger rectangle of black cardstock and glued to a white premade card. I die cut flowers and leaves from several bright colored cardstock scraps and cut flower centers from black cardstock. I glued the flowers and centers together, and made a bow from white twine. I glued the leaf die cut to the card, then the twine bow. I glued the largest flower on top of this and then added the two smaller flowers using foam tape. I stamped the sentiment in black ink in the bottom right corner and finished with several black jewel stickers. |
