Cherry Pie card
Added to Favorite

Photo Details
Poster: Barbara Tarayao

I made this card with an A2 size card base from smooth white cardstock. I then trimmed down a piece of cream cardstock to leave a white border.Using the Serve a Slice dies I cut several slices of pies from more cream and red cardstock. I used a sponge dauber and distress ink to add dimension to the pie pieces before I glued each pie slice together.I then die cut the cherries, stems and whip cream images from the die set. After inking a glueing together all the pieces I arranged everything in random order on the cream panel with foam squares to pop them up. I trimmed off the excess and added a birthday sentiment die cut from a stamp set.

Great card! I love your pie slices -- they look good enough to eat. I especially like the white highlights you gave everything.
