SC1002 TLC995 TLC381 Popping Panda

My cute little panda is just popping out to say happy birthday! This week's TLC challenge is to use 1/2 or less of a stamp image and I thought this panda was perfect and cute as is today's sketch challenge. I colored the panda's party hat with SU markers.

For the main panel I used this retired dsp and turned the corner down to create the triangle. I die cut the sentiment and balloon and string. The balloon is popped up with foam tape and then I added Crystal Effects to the balloon.
