I started by watercoloring my image and then fussy cutting it out. I added wink of stella to the flowers' centers. The rhinestones were colored with Stampin'blends. The die-cut is on foam tape. Thanks for stopping by today! ~Roberta

Roberta, you absolutely made these colors sing! I love how you used the two shades of green in your leaves, and the berry and papaya so perfectly for the flowers! A stunning birthday card!
