I created this cutie by stamping and coloring the wall, then I cut out the Tigger on my Cricut. Using dimensionals to pop him up to lean over the wall.

The wonderful thing about Tiggers is Tiggers are wonderful things...Tops are made out of rubber, their bottoms are made out of springs!!!!! This is adorable!
