My kids are at their friend's football themed birthday party right now. Sam is an Eagles fan. Too bad for Sam. He is having a football themed birthday party, so I used this fabulous football magazine gel print that I had made when I was playing with my gelli plate on my birthday in June. For Friday's challenge I have a birthday card with a ball on it. He isn't going to appreciate how amazing my magazine gel print came out. He's just going to see a blurry football player, so to make it a little more interesting for him, I die cut his name out of sticky fun foam that I put packing tape on for the faux heat embossing technique. Then I stamped "happy" and heat embossed in white and birthday and heat embossed in black--all in Eagles colors.

It’s so awesome to be able to personalize cards and make them with the specific individual in mind! Even if Sam’s team wasn’t a winner, this card sure is!
