TLC959 Birthday Pup

For the TLC today: TLC959 - Graffiti - 07/10/2023 by Cook22 at Splitcoaststampers

I made this for a nephew and then decided it was a bit too "young" for him, so made him something else. I stamped the sentiment in black, embossed the piece and then added the solid colour with stamps from Work of Art. Edged it with a black pen, added a grass border and my fussy-cut painting pup.
