Using my cloud template & a small blending brush, I created the sky. Then I made my balloons from the small flower in the old set In Full Bloom. I stamped in the same color as the paper & fussy cut them & used a micro pen to make strings. Then I die cut Tech Tues hugs & covered my sloppy bow! I have multi-color gems & added them to the centers of the flowers. The card base is Rich Razzleberry.
