Kathy, this is such a great case of Caterina's card. I love the colorful designer paper you used and the patterns highlight those sparkly balloons.

Great CASE. Love the colors and the pattern in the dp. The sparkly balloons and stars look fabulous and I just LOVE the sentiment stamp. Delightful card.

Love those sparkly balloons AND the camera picked it up. I do not seem to have that kind of luck, lol.....Love the white embossed sentiment too!
