Used the Heart Bag Topper die set from Scrapdivadesigns.com for my bag topper. Cut them out of solid card stock and covered the front using card stock prints. Made the rosettes using a Sizzix die. Tulle and metallic threads from the stash. Doily die also from the stash. Using glittered heart stickers and heart shaped crystal bling for the center of the hearts on the rosettes.
