Here's my clean and really simple design with my diy stripes.
To make my stripes, I stamped a piece of white cardstock using a leaf background stamp and dye ink in a soft green color. I stamped once again using Versamark ink. The panel was then heat embossed with clear embossing powder. I decided to use an ink blending brush to lightly blend the same green ink over the embossed leaves. After that, I trimmed the panel into 1/2" strips and adhered them, with gaps in between, onto another white panel. I wanted the sentiment to stand out so I used bold black ink on a neutral colored strip. I had a very relaxing time this afternoon while making this card.
Enjoy!

Stunning card with your creative design. I'm sure it's even lovelier in real life with the added shine of the embossing. A real standout in the gallery. Fav'd
