This was fun! I hope the class enjoys the cards. I wrote a little letter telling them about Ohio & our town. I marked some of the cities on the map too. Of course you know I would use red & gray!
I have this two piece Ohio die from Darice that I cut & glued onto the Real Red. This was a no-brainer for me!! Off to the PO now to send this on it's way.

Great dies and I love the addition of the cities. What a fun and colorful way for these kids to learn about places around the world. Your no-brainer is a winner. Great card.

This is intereting to me to see Ohio as a stand alone image - I guess I never really realized what a wavy border it has. It gets me to thinking how did they ever determine who gets what way back when the states were being formed.

I'm sure that they will be fascinated by the straight line sides on the west and the north as far as the lake. That's not found in European countries at all.
