Poster: happy-stamper

The rainbow splatters are stamped with distress ink, the background is stamped with distress oxides. This card is the result of not wanting to waste red ink that was on the bkgd stamp. So I rotated the paper and stamped again with the purple, loved the looks of it, and added the rainbow panel from my stash of unfinished bits.
