I chose a cute scene with Snoopy on top of his doghouse and a beautiful BG sky. The main panel was made with Ken Oliver colorburst indigo powder, on watercolor paper. The lantern was cut from that, also from black and I blended yellows, lilac and black oxide inks on the back panel. The sentiment was die cut, stamped and shaded with the yellows and a dark edge. Here's the fun scene that inspired me.

The night skies in the gallery this week are so beautiful and yours is no exception, Sue. Fab colors, fab look and fab lantern.
Beautiful card. Hugz

Oh wow, that night sky is gorgeous, mf. What a brilliant place for a lantern in the oval, and such a beautiful Christmas card. Hugs to you and Bill!
