I made another card, as I really enjoyed Kristen's candy cane cards. I stenciled the BG, first with Nuvo shimmer paste, in the small center squares, then when that was dry I added the lucky clover. I had planned to do red on the adjoining squares, but I decided to stop with just the green. The candy canes were stamped, colored and fussy cut. The jar was cut with white and vellum cardstock and I attached the canes between them. Ribbon was tied around the top of the jar, the tag stamped and attached. The panel was placed on a pure poppy card base. Here's her fun card.
Sue, this is a great case of Kristen's card. I love your big candy canes arranged in your vellum canning jar. The sparkly squares are the perfect finishing touch.

I'm so impressed with that stenciled bg and especially the sparkly squares. Wow! I think you were smart to stop at the green. It really shows off the red & white of the candy canes. Love the jar you created for them. Fun take on Kristen's card. Great way to sweet Christmas wishes to a friend.
