Sponge white paint through a circle stencil and let dry. Continue with Distress Oxide inks until you get the look you want. Add a border with a white gel pen.
Die cut the flower from watercolor paper and watercolor with Distress Inks. When dry, add details with colored pencils and shape the petals and leaves.
Stamp and die cut a tag and stamp a small sentiment.
