I've made a number of nautical bridge cards lately. Made one for son-in-laws bd well ahead of time, and ended up using it for my nephew. After making 3, this one finally goes to Fred. I hope it doesn't remind him of the cocussion he got when his boat capsized and the boom hit him on the head. I tried a silver anchor, but it didn't look right, so I went with copper, and also copper embossed the sentiment.

I love your card. It is just a beauty and so masculine. The copper anchor is awesome....a color I love. So glad your Son-in-Law is o.k. from that terrible accident.

Copper is one of my favorite items to add to a project!
I think it looks great here; nice contrast against the blues.
I have never tried a bridge card, but I may give it a go. It's perfect for a nautical theme.
Thanks for playing along with my challenge.
