This is for the Color Challenge hosted by Mary. She selected Mint Macaron, Mossy Meadow, Misty Moonlight and your favorite pink. My choice was Polished Pink. This month is Christmas in July!
I started with embossing the white panel with Brick & Mortar; and then I lightly sponged Mossy Meadow over the high points to give it more dimension. Then I used a new SU! stamp and die set to create the wreath. Mint Macron appears only once but gets center stage with the wreath. Then I stamped on the wreath the holly leaves in Mossy Meadow and berries in Polished Pink. Die-cut the wreath and the pretty pink bow. I layered the wreath on wood-grain pattern in Misty Moonlight, onto the embossed brick and then onto Mossy Meadow card base. I adhered a strip of Polished Pink gingham across the bottom and the bow & opal round at the top of the wreath. I use stickles to add some sparkle to the berries.
The sentiment is from the Cottage Wreaths set. I used partial die-cutting to get a cute mini-sized banner, which I popped up over a strip of braided linen trim. First, I pulled along the sides so the trim would spread out wider and be frayed on the ends.
Great to see these non-traditional Christmas colors come together. Fun challenge! Hope you decide to join us for Christmas in July! TFL

How fun to have a blue wood grain pattern and so perfect for your pretty wreath, Diane! I like the way you brought more pink into this under the sentiment, which is cute~

My front door is just about this shade of blue, Diane, so to me this card is a perfect depiction of my home at Christmas, complete with a beautiful wreath. Such a welcoming image for a Christmas card. And so pretty!
