 | | Karen is our hostess for this week's Color Challenge CC898. She has selected some bright and happy colors this week... Coastal Cabana, Granny Apple Green, and Mango Melody with the Dessert Option of Anything Goes!
My design this week is pretty straight forward using Stampin' Blends as the focal point of the design. The triangles feature the center of the medallion stamped three times. Since the color, Coastal Cabana, is not available in Stampin' Blends, I substituted with dark Pool Party and light Bermuda Bay. I also substituted light Pumpkin Pie for Mango Melody. For the center of the flowers I punched circles from Mango Melody cardstock.
This was a fun challenge using a new stamp set! I guess you could say that's my 'Anything Goes'! I hope you jump on the bandwagon and give this challenge a go! We would love to see your work of inspiration! Thank you for taking a look! |
