I die cut the cover plate from Paper Rose and used it as a stencil adding versamark embossing ink then blue embossing powder and heat embossing. Stamped on vellum the flowers using distress ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder and attached to raised panel using foam squares. Stamped sentiment and trimmed to fit. Beautiful! Great use of the embossing powder. I especially like how you added deeper color to the corner edges of the stenciled bg to coordinate with your pretty vellum florals. TFS.
