 | | This card was made for Sketch Saturday Challenge #698 ( https://sketchsaturday.blogspot.com/...ketch-698.html ). The sketch was rather challenging, but since I made a New Year's resolution to use more pattern paper, the retired Stampin' Up! (SU) "Magnolia Lane" designer series paper (DSP) made using the sketch much easier than I first thought the challenge would be.
All the pattern papers are from the same suite. The sentiment is from the SU "Hello Beautiful" stamp set. It is stamped using SU Tranquil Tide ink onto a die-cut from the SU "Beautiful Shapes" die set.
The three hexagon "dots" were placed on the die-cut inspired by the row of arrows in the sketch.
I am rating the difficulty level of this card to be a "2" out of a possible "5" once I figured out how to incorporate the two banner strips from the sketch. This would be a good card to send a friend on just about any occasion! |
