Karen is our hostess for this week's Color Challenge CC892. She has selected some bold and cheery colors... Gorgeous Grape, Pacific Point, and Pear Pizzazz with the dessert option "Anything Goes".
My semi-clean design was created by stamping the flower bouquet and bottle images onto watercolor paper using dye based ink. Both images were solid images so therefore provided a lot of color, with that said, the ink was blended by using a blending brush, giving the image a watercolor look. To add more dimension, additional ink was applied to the images by using ink refills (on a clear block). The picture doesn't show it well but background has a blue tint that was also water colored. An additional color of Highland Heather was added (in the matte) to fulfill Karen's dessert option of 'Anything Goes'.
I hope you will join us by participating in Karen's fun challenge this week. We, the design team would love see 'your' wonderful work of art. Thank you for taking a look!

What a sweet bouquet bursting forth from that beautiful blue bottle! The scallop panel and pretty ribbon really finish it all off so perfectly LeeAnn! Lovely card!

Oh, I love this! The blue bottle is eye-catching and the flowers are so beautiful. Love the scallop edge for this one. The ribbon and tag are lovely finishing touch. Wonderful ideas for the challenge colors!
