Today's Featured Stamper is Cindy H. who has such a fun gallery. I enjoyed browsing her gallery, but came back to this very recent card. That dog in a cone was perfect for a card that a friend asked me to make. I got a text on Friday that said "Can you make me a card that say sorry you have Covid, and feel like sh--, and it's your birthday, and you have a splint on your wrist." I wanted all of that on the front of the card, but I couldn't decide what to put on the inside until I saw Cindy's card and remembered this fun stamp. So I finished with "one the bright side...you don't need a cone." It occurred to me as I was listing all the things that I had to put on the front of the card, that it was the perfect number of things for a waterfall card. I've made a couple of waterfall cards with my Lawn Fawn die recently. The die makes them so easy, and people just get so excited about these interactive cards.
I had a busy weekend, so I missed VSN proper, but I will play along with the catch-up. This is for Susan's Text Challenge. I'm so glad it's VSN, the one hour time limit makes me focus so much better. I set my timer for this card, which was pretty quick because of the die and because I just grabbed a pre-printed card base. The text background stamp was perfect for a bit more interest and a quick doodled border. 47 minutes.

Jennifer, what a fabulous card and a fabulous CASE! You are amazing as you fit all of those requests from your friend in one card...AND in 47 minutes!!! I would be pondering this request for days if not weeks and hope that I could fill this request - congrats you did it... did I mention in 47 minutes? Thank you for honoring me with such a great card!

I'm not sure if I'm more impressed with the card or the that you made it in 47 minutes!!! I can barely get an idea pulled together in a couple hours much less executed. I love all the humor you incorporated in this and I'm sure the recipient will too. It pretty much sucks to have COVID anytime much less your birthday, but this is sure to give them a big laugh. Another awesomely fun card from the Stamping Actuary.
P.S. I bought that dang die because of you. I hope I'm as successful using it. LOL.
Oh, goodness! This is so cute. Sure to cheer the recipient that is going through all the bad right now! It's no fun being sick on your birthday, ask me how I know, lol. Super cute card!

You did a fab job fittting all that on a card, making it super cool, and even adorable and fun. The person who gets this will remember it forever. FUN card/case. Hugz

Love the way you used the text stamp on the pre-printed card base. And the waterfall is fabulous! Thank you so much for making a card for my VSN challenge.
