 | | Featured Stamper Challenge honoring Cindy H. I so enjoyed her gallery and saw a lot of inspiration. This one especially stood out:

It caught my eye because it is very cute and I had just pulled my Party Pandas set out of my collection for donation. I loved her panda card and thought I would use my pandas again. Cindy's die-cut frames reminded me of my new Picture This die that I have not tried yet, until today.
Changes: kept pandas, different stamp set, all in one die for framing with circles instead of squares, kept birthday theme with sentiment on a banner, different colors.
I grabbed bright retired colors to go with the black & white pandas. It was fun to use these colors again. Stamped the pandas on white. Then stamped again the parts with the balloon and party hat on blue and yellow and fussy cut them out to glue on top. I inked up the confetti stamp with markers. After stamping, I added Wink of Stella to stamped confetti. One end of the banner is tucked in and the other end is popped up. Fun card to make.
