I made this shamrock earlier today while playing with my rediscovered Twinkling H2Os paints. I painted a swath of watercolor paper with two shades of green and some gold on top (unfortunately showing up brown in the photo). I die cut several different shamrock shapes from the page.
I made a card out of sage green cardstock and used a wonky rectangle die on the front. I used a regular rectangle die to cut out the handwriting patterned paper. I used brown ink to age up the lace a bit and attached it to the card front. I stamped the sentiment on a scrap of light tan cardstock and cut out and inked the edges with sepia ink. I attached the sentiment and shamrock with foam tape.
Inside, to cover the ends of the lace, I added a lining made of the same cardstock as the sentiment strip and stamped an Irish blessing as the inside sentiment (same stamp set as front sentiment).
