 | | I participated in a stamp camp led by Elizabeth Price of Studio InkSpots that focused on masking techniques and this was one of our cards, themed "Power To The Flower". Elizabeth packs SOOO much in her stamp camps!! I have lots more to upload, all using masks.
To get that paper ruffle, run a bone folder over a piece of cardstock, over and over until the paper is soft and begins to split. Peel it in to two layers, run a line of adhesive along the back of the piece you are attaching the ruffle to, then pleat it back and forth along the adhesive. |
