Last Wednesday's watercolor challenge had several fun techniques to try. This is my third of four cards from that challenge.
The watercolor panel was created painted roses around the panel in different colors of watercolor. I added leaves and then gold metallic dots.
I die cut the panel using the stitched rectangle framelits popping up the outside and center panels with foam tape. I added all of them to a narrow black mat and added to a Pink Pirouette card base.
