Today's inspiration challenge and this picture https://virginialivingstore.com/prod...4629c40a&_ss=r was the push to paint leaves. Last week's circles went in the bin and I decided to just do my thing because the formal learning style grates with me now - that is too much like work. I came back from a class / group finished a card we started there and then went straight into this one.

Yay......you did come back to the WCW. I suppose you noticed I did my own thing on the leaves for the WCW but I did do some practice of the "real" leaves on the video. Actually, made some I liked but the piece I did them on was really small so I didn't use them. I think your leaves look really super. I love what you did with the inspiration necklace. You really nailed it. I love the black and white you used today. Just a beautiful card.

Very pretty. I agree with you about the formal learning. I didn't even attempt the circles. I like Emma Lefebrve style of teaching. There is something for everyone and if you have a brush and water paints, it's fun to try.

Janine, wow, this turned out so beautifully. How cool that you water colored the leaves using that WCW challenge this week. I love it when I can roll 2 challenges into one. This worked out perfect for both!

Love your take on your IC selection - I came up with a very different interpretation! This is lovely - really like the curved bottom for added interest.
