I wanted to make a card for my son, using the Altenew Spectacular Adventures set I just got, so I searched the site for outdoors. Found a print that worked for a city scene. He lives in Seattle and in his off hours he loves to ride his one-wheel on trails in the city. I stamped the sunglasses with smokey shadow ink, then used versamark for the cityscape, embossed with black embossing powder and used oxide inks for the sunset. I used the die to cut out the sunglasses and placed them on a vellum panel, over the background made with just stamping the glasses. I added the sentiment in Archival ink. I can't wait to hear his reaction when he receives the card! Here's the print that inspired me.
