What a fun technique!!!!! I really enjoyed it and plan to make another one today, as I have an idea! An idea is always a good thing. Thanks, Sabrina!
I had a few dies I wanted to use, as they were fairly new. I used some pretty colored textured cardstock for the leaf die, which is actually a pocket die but I cut it down to be a panel. I love the blue and green together, so fresh. I used layers of white cs for the inside pieces. The lavender dies are new, I cut them with an alcohol ink swiped piece in my stash.
Under the panel is the Helen Keller quote: The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart. This will go to my sister in law Judy for her birthday February 27. We are both turning 70 in 2022. I mounted this on a folded base so I can stamp happy birthday inside and write a message. I prefer the stamped sentiment under the panel than writing right on the panel. I used a variety of blue and green Distress inks for the leaf background.

The bunch of lavender against the lacy leafy background is just perfect. And the stamped background - beautiful. What a special card for your sister-in-law. I'm glad you had fun with the technique.
