Our Ways To Use It challenge is "Using it up". I have tons of stuff I should be using! In this case, I had several stamped off images from the House Mouse collection. They must be 10 to 14 years old! The black half pearls are so old the glue dried. It was hard to pull them off. In fact two of them flew through the air and I haven't found them yet! Another thing I've had a very long time is the red ribbon. Good thing we had this challenge! Thanks for taking a peek!!!

Darling card, CarrollAnn! Really enjoyed your description. As for those 1/2 pearls, run the vacuum and you'll hear them go clankity clunk as they are sucked up. : ) Your card is so pleasingly designed with the fun image as the focal point.

I pulled out some things today that must have been equally as old as your pearls because the glue on the backings was dried up on my items too. Ah well, had good intentions when I bought the supplies....

Don’t we all have a stash of things that need using up - might come in useful some day! Nice to see that you managed to use some things up. I like the colour combination of black and red and of course the cute little house mousie.

The black half-pearls are the perfect embellishment with this. Mine are of a similar vintage, but I can't say they are stuck hard to the backing - in fact, many are floating loose in the bottom of the container and I have to stick them on with glue.

I know what you mean about stamped off images. My goal that I added to 2021 was to start coloring those images (2 a week) and use them (1 a week) to start clearing out the stack. It is tough having piles of stuff and trying to find stuff when there are so many piles so I made it my goal to get them used up so I could just stamp what I need.
Great HM image and a wonderfully fun card with it.
