 | | Two challenges: Lynn's TLC for today-a tree made out of buttons. Too cute. I managed to do pretty well finding enough buttons.
Also for the Falliday Fest Tutorial 2: a disappearing nine patch quilt with paper. I'm not a quilt person at all; I admire quilters, love to see my aunt's creations but generally only like rather modern looking quilts. But I've had this paper FOREVER and I thought it would work well for a quilt. The paper came in a pack with all sorts of punch-out tags and ephemera. The red looks a little washed out...it is not pink! My favorite paper is the light green with the little pine cones. Notice the little 'fa-la-la' on the tab at the bottom. |
