Mary has some fun colors for us to play with this week. Dessert is "anything goes" so I decided to add a border. Well, let's get real - if dessert is a border I have some just about all the time... Then again, maybe my dessert was a cookie!
Anyway, this was fun to make. I can't get enough of this lacey icing trim lately. I've been wanting to add it to everything. I was so happy with how it kind of stitched these two pieces of DSP together - that was sort of by accident.
I really hope you will be playing along with us this week!

Well, I can see why you love that border because it does stitch those two panels together nicely. Great snowflakes ef paired with that sweet plaid. Love that you have two flavors or mints -- peppermint and spearmint -- because I love them both equally IRL. And it's all topped off perfectly with the yummy looking gingerbread cookie. I would love that for dessert! Love the crisp look you created with these colors and your sweet design. Fabulous card.

Love your design with the challenge colors. The embossed background is terrific. I like that lacy icing border trim, too. The cookie is adorable. Sweet inspiration!

Chris, this card looks good enough to eat. Isn't this when Tim Holtz tells us not to lick our creations?!?! I love the cookie, love the embossed snowflakes and especially that lacy trim!
