My first entry into a Watercolor Wednesday Challenge! I can't draw, so I used 2 circle dies to trace out the circles for my coffee cup. I "drew" the handle, which turned out okay, I guess. I have about a dozen Tombow markers, so I was very limited in the color choices, but I used layers of watercolored brown to create the coffee, blue for the handle, and then gray for the cup shadow.
I inked up the bottom of a small bottle with brown marker and stamped that on the watercolor paper, once masking the coffee cup. Then I added water to those circles. I used a lighter tan marker color to ink up the splatter stamp and stamped that around the panel.
I adhered the watercolor panel and some scraps of coffee-themed fabric to the front of an A2 cream card. For inside, I computer-generated the sentiment of "Sending You A Cup Full of Warm Wishes". That was fun! Thanks for looking!

I love how warm and creamy your colors turned out, I am currently sipping a cup of hazelnut coffee that has half and half in it and it is this color so you totally nailed that.
This looks fabulous! Your cup and handle look so pretty. The coffee looks just how I like it! Your fabrics are so striking! I love your coffee splatters. Terrific card.

Your card is wonderful!!!! Love the color of your coffee with the layers from the markers. Beautiful shadowing with the gray. The splatters and rings add a nice touch. Great texture with the fabric, and it made a nice designed card. Hope you join us for more challenges. TFS
