Used the Pumpkin Treat Topper die set from My Creative Time. Used glittered tulle from the Dollar Tree for the spider web piece on the topper on the left and the topper on the right I used plastic mesh packaging from the grocery store for the front of the topper. The bat was a ring from DT that I snipped the ring piece off and hot glued it to the topper front.
