Have aqua card base then darker aqua piece, white that was die cut with oval, then run thru su eb folder, then have piece under oval that I sponged with shades of blue for water, then fussy cut long piece of card stock in a wavy pattern then held it in different places while I sponged like waves in water with blue and white inks. Lay the white piece over it put all the layers down. Stamped and die cut the sentiment, boats, and lighthouse and popped some on and others with glue dots.--put stip of the water made background at bottom and inside

The sponging created a great watery effect on your oval underlay. I always like to use cut-off strips inside, I think they're a great coordinating feature to dress up the inside simply. Lovely soft colours and texture.

Beautiful card and such a serene scene you have created. Your sponging really does have the "feel" of water and movement. Love the design and all the nautical images. Wonderful card.
