This is actually my 3rd try - the bg's were easy enough but I wasn't happy with my flowers on the first two.
On this one, I made my BG with watered down Teal, sage green (my own mix) and pale pink. Once dry, I painted a "fantasy flower" kind of letting it take shape however it wanted instead of trying to control it. I used the #4 long round brush to add the gold stems and berries because it gives a very fine line.

This is spectacular! I decided instead of starting over this time, I'd just go with my first flower. I LOVE the color of your flower. It's so hard to let things just happen! Thanks for your encouragement.

You had to smile when you finished this beautiful card. Your fantasy flower is so lovely with it's colors and movement you gave it. This design really is eye appealing with the slimline format. Again a lovely painting and card for the challenge. TFS
