I focused on the flowers as I don't have a hot air balloon stamp. I pulled out this monoprint I had in my stash. It was done by inking up the back of a stencil, sprayed with water and pressed onto my cardstock. I used it as my background behind the die cut flower frames.
For the main panel, I did a Gel Plate print using my Distress Oxide inks. I added some white along the edges to add interest.

The technique you used for the background of your die cut flowers is gorgeous, Karen. It gives them so much beautiful texture. I love the black with the pretty pinks and lavenders.
