This evolved - it was in a landscape direction and I was thinking water but then I turned it round and it became a tree! This is going to a former student who has moved away and is having a few confidence issues.

You chose some beautiful colors for the tree...I wonder of they get tired of being brown. Love your thought process, bless you for caring about your student.

Wonderful card Janine! I love the counterbalance between the very sturdy trunk and the delicate gold vines - perhaps an intentional (or unintentional) illusion to the fact that if with have a sturdy basis we can survive the "delicate" times.

Lovely art creation with this technique.....interesting how it started as water and became this striking strong tree. Love it. The delicate vine doodling looks great. A card with a meaningful sentiment and image. TFS
