I cut a piece of acetate to 4-1/4x5-1/2". I knew I would cut it down later, but wanted the extra real estate, just in case I didn't center my image just right. Using my MISTI, I centered the image on the panel, & stamped it with StazOn. I then used Sharpie markers to color it, adding the color on the back of the acetate so as not to smear the black ink.
I cut a panel of patterned paper to 4x5-1/4". I used the coordinating flower die to die cut from the center of that panel. I applied double-sided adhesive to the back of the paper, and adhered it to my acetate, centering the image in the die cut window. Then I trimmed off any acetate that extended beyond the patterned paper.
I adhered a panel of white glitter paper behind the image. I couldn't capture the shimmer in the photo, as it is subtle, but it's there. I matted my panel with pink cardstock & adhered it to a white card base. I used a sticker from the "Small Talk" sticker book for my greeting. I felt the wording went perfectly with a sparkly image. Finally, to echo the black of the greeting, I added 3 black sequins to the lower right corner. I think when I do this technique again, I will use a chunkier glitter paper, just so the sparkle shows better. But I still like how this card came out.
