Hello! For this week's Watercolor Wednesday Brenda has chosen a fun tutorial showing us how to paint a crescent moon. I really need to give this another try. This was a very quick painting after we returned home from an overnight stay and right before we had a family dinner to celebrate our daughter. I feel I really need a few more attempts! In my haste to finish this, I forgot to splatter the stars. Next time! I can't wait to see the other paintings in the gallery!

Love your crescent moon, Angie. It really shines in the night sky. Wonderful crescent shape, too.

I like the texture you got in your crescent moon with the addition of the scattered darker ochre tones (BTW it's never too late to go back and add a few stars to your deep blue sky . . .)
