Karen has such bright and playful colors for us this week. Dessert is DSP and I was so lucky that I could find this dsp to use. My crafting table is a MESS from a little too much coming and going so far this summer. Luckily this card just about stamped itself. The clothesline is an obvious theme of this stamp set and I mostly just plugged in the colors. The shading on the images is a feature of the stamps. I was bummed to realize that I mistakenly ordered this set without its coordinating dies but in the end it really just plain old stamping made me realize just how cute these are.
I layered two different colors of the same DSP pattern so that the plaid lined up for a simple border that mimics the grass under the clothesline.

Okay missy, I had avoided buying this one but now I see I have to have it!! This is adorable!!! I love that embossing folder, it brings such a kick to everything and is never too much, always just enough. A precious creation!!

Chris you're an overachiever, wink, wink, lining up the two dsp's is impressive (believe it or not, I noticed before I read your post). This stamp set is one I've not purchased but you've sold me on it! Very cute card, great design!

Chris, this is an adorable baby card, and I love the way you placed all the images so perfectly. And I'm sure you'll be ordering again--maybe this Thursday--and can add the dies if you still want them!
