I made this for Anita's TLC challenge which you can find ]HERE.
My top tip - spread the paint THICKLY. The first time I tried, by the time I had brushed the paint to spread it, there wasn't enough left to take any texture from the foil, so I had to start again.
Second time I left it much thicker and I loved the result. But I hadn't really planned ahead as much as with my first attempt, so I just went where it inspired me, which is underwater. I'd used two blues, silver and a dark green for the background. I added some torn paper and a Joanna Sheen die-cut border coloured with watercolour along the bottom, and some Prills as a filler here and there,
My sea creatures are Eline's Collectibles from Marianne, the tiny gold fish are also Marianne. The glittery seaweed is Joanna Sheen, the tall seaweed is from the same set as the fish and seahorse. The little castle is Creative Expressions. The set also includes "You're Fintastic" as a sentiment, so depending on what I use this card for, I may add that.
I'll try to get back with more details later but Mondays are still super-crazy busy for me. I usually just collapse when I get home from work.

Reminds me of how Van Gogh applied paint so thickly with deep texture. Fun scene.

Great underwater scene and such fun and cute fish. I love the bits of white in the bg -- they remind me of seaweed in the very far distance waving around in the current. Wonderful card.
