 | | This is my ATC for technique challenge #847.
I started with a TP roll, but rather than make a pocket, I glued the inside together. I covered it with a piece of a security envelope, to which I had added some ink. I randomly added some white acrylic paint. Then I stamped a couple flourishes in black ink. I had a scrap of watercolor paper that I had previously colored with gelatos and gesso, so I tore some pieces from that and stamped the bird on it as well. I fussy cut the bird. I also tore some pieces of corrugated cardboard and added some white paint. I pierced some holes and added some stitches. The two pieces near the bottom have the cross stitch connecting them. The bird is popped up on some bits of recycled chipboard. |
